its probably mostly because I'm not into gossip and I'm big on loyalty and respect. So the people I associate with kinda just end up confiding in me.

Depends on the topic. My one sister I can trust with money, but not personal stuff. Other sister is the opposite. I have one BFF that I cannot think of a single thing I would not trust her with. If she had to make my live or die decisions for me (ie, if I am in a coma), raise my hypothetical kids, be alone w/my hypothetical husband, keep all my secrets and give me good advice... yep, she could do it, do it well, make me proud, and I know I am in good hands. I ought to tell her that. She did tell me I am the most trustworthy person she knows so I think we are both in a good place.

I mean I got friends...large family...but when you start becoming an adult and start spending time alone, like really becoming who you are?
You start to sit back and peep game breh. You start to notice all the little things about people that could or would lead to situations or shyt that you don't want to be a part of. Also when you start getting little small modicums of success, you need to start evaluating your circle of friends.
nikkas that ain't shyt or ain't about shyt or going anywhere in life?
I've spent the last 2-3 years doing that shyt. Slowly but surely closing that circle in and tightening shyt up. Probably gonna change my cell number soon too.
30 and beyond is no time to fukk with fukk nikkas, or dumb broads. Dumb nikkas will have you sittin up in a cell with them for their dumb shyt and dumb broads will have you trapped for life with a snot nosed kid that's not even yours.

I agree breh I agree, my circle is small as well I remember when I had my car accident and I needed a ride back home folks I thought I could count on and did a lot for were to busy, severed the ties.
Lent some people Monet never got it back as they went on trips and bought things left and right severed the ties.
