I don't even trust myself. How can I trust anybody? I'm just being realistic here. Life isn't black and white like you want it to be. You're so naive. I know I said that before, but it really applies.

my bro is sexist. my mom's loyalty is with her mom and bf, and it was probably that way my whole life. i think my bff lurks, so i won't say anything concerning that relationship.

Yes, I do have people I trust.

I think life can be miserable if you don't have people that you can confide in. Whether it's for advice, opinions, or just for them to listen while you unload your feelings/frustrations/happiness.

It takes time, though. With some people like family, you may trust them by default.

With friends, it might be years of debates, sharing jokes, exposing them to your idiosyncrasies and not being made to feel little because of them....all of those things over time builds trust with someone.


I will say that broken trust...I think it's like a shattered mirror. I believe it can be put back together again, but you'll always see the cracks every time you look at it.

I trust in no one fully. Humans are emotional creatures and ive been taught time and time again is all most people need is an emotional stimulus to go from friend to foe. My mom and sisters are the closest, but even they are on a leash.

Nope, I haven't confided in anyone for years . Closest right now is probably my sister, but we don't have that "bro-sis" type relationship. I don't confide in her, she does in me but I suspect it's only what she needs to get off her chest, not how she really feels sometimes.
