Is there a reason we can listen to FM radio on our phones but can't watch TV?

This shyt is simple and y'all are really letting go over your headsI'm not talking about streaming services.
If I plug in my headphone jack I can tune and listen to local radio stations. I'm not on Spotify, or iHeartRadio, etc. My has literally phone become an FM radio
Why can't we do this with local television? Those signals are being broadcasted 24/7 so how come, in 2019, we aren't able to receive them on your smartphones?
Are y'all following me here or is somebody about to say something about Disney+ coming?
It's been a long ass time since I was in school but as I recall, to create a radio you just need 3 simple circuit components and an antenna. I feel like reception of a video signal probably requires more bandwidth and shyt and isn't as simple as just having an LRC circuit in your phone like a radio.

I mainly listen to audio dramas or classical music on the radio during work, running and etc. I can barely watch TV unless there is something on that caught my interest.

Please don't think all of us old bruh's aren't with it....my setup is beautiful and I have access to everything.....have the old school picture in picture and can pull up 4 screens on my tv while watching sports, movies, etc...
Yeah I feel you. I use to put nikkas up on game years ago on here but a lot of them joint end up getting overflooded with traffic or shut down, So I'm reluctant now. If OP ain't got a doo doo flint stones phone I could get him watching live 4k tv in a few moments.
