Is there a science to keeping denim stiff?

All i wear is 501's, when you first buy them sh1ts they like cardboard but after a while they get loose and sh1t...


Is there a better alternative than starch? is it the way im washing them?

I go through about 20-30 pair a year..

20 to 30 pairs of jeans in a year. You just throw a pair of jeans away after two weeks or something? You realize washing softens denim.
The alternative is to not wash them ever.

Wash 'em in cold water and AIR DRY ONLY!!!



And no more than one wash every other month. It's hard for a guy like me to find pants that fit good...

So the solution is soak in sta-flo and a water solution for an hour and then hang dry em, iron and them shyts is like new
