I EAT NORMAL NOW. I JUST HAD TO EAT A VERY HIGH FIBER DIET FOR ABOUT A YEAR. HAD TO AVOID HARD POOPS OR I WOULD TEAR THE CUT OPEN AGAIN. HAVE TO START OVER AGAIN IF I DID. I COULDN'T LAUGH OR SNEEZE REAL HARD. PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE HOW FRAGILE YOUR a$$hole REALLY IS.
