The guy in the video is getting his sources from Hidden Colors, I know we all love Tariq(I like he too, no homo) but Hidden Colors isn't exactly the most accurate historical doc on black history(I love HC for its fuel against White Supremacy though). More importantly, "Moor" was just a term that meant black people. There were no one "Moor" people. The Moors that we associate with conquering Iberia and Sicily were black Berbers and NONE of them were what the guy says are the Moors.
The guy in the video just seems to be associating in Muslim African or Africans(Especially those that wore Fez)that worked with the British as Moors. For example at timestamp 3:42 those were just regular AFRICANS who served under the British. They do NOT have the similar dress style as Berbers, they look like they can be from Chad or Nigeria.

The Africans that were most likely helping Mussolini in the second war were most likely Somalis or Eritreans who were UNDER the Italians.
