So we've got a divided government in an already divisive time.
Dems have a solid but not huge House advantage, while GOP keeps the Senate by a few seats. So my question is, is there any chance of, really, anything of significance getting through Congress? The House and Senate basically don't fukk with each other now.
At least Trump can be fully investigated and Mueller can be protected, but I don't see the Senate letting much of anything from the House through. So I'm thinking the next two years will pretty much be Trump scandals, Mueller, and judges and very little legislation being passed. Granted, that's at least an improvement over the Republicans doing whatever the fukk they want. Still, I see little to nothing being done legislatively, so it's pretty much just going to be Trump investigations and arguing over the budget.
That said, the wall is pretty much
unless the GOP wins big in 2020.
