In the US it is not. Men lead in suicide, Die earlier, looked at and treated as disposable. There are less support groups for men. Lack of ability to freely discuss or express things of how they truly feel. The courts are more harsh for men. I cannot think of a single thing that is worse for a woman in this country, than a man, outside of pure biological disadvantages.
