That’s a mixed bag. Some are black, some aren’t. Same with Dominicans. Can’t generalize them all. I’m from the east coast and plenty of Puerto Rican’s have the standard hispanic look (olive skin, silky hair) and socially most don’t identify as black even if we want them to

Being on the west coast Samoans and Pacific Islander have always been solid with me. They always jumped in on the black side when we had race riots with the messicans in HS back in the day
