Is there ANY way to save Del Rio?

regardless of what people think here, he can go in the ring 
so yes....He just needs to be booked to his strengths
He isn't a talker, so stop having him cut so many damn promos
stop pairing him with the same wrestlers each and every Raw/SD
Everyone should tap to the arm bar, especially when its fully applied...that "power out of it" spot by Sheamus and Cena

He needs his old gimmick with something new....like goons, some Ted Dibiase style vignettes, have him flash his money people hate rich folk, have him put out hits on certain wrestlers.

They Gave him wins over top stars, multiple title reigns, his own car, his own personal ring announcer, turned him face/turned him heel and no one cared
Sheamus and ADR are two guys that kill me because their personas are trash but I'm ALWAYS entertained when they're in the ring. Always.

pshhhhhh ummmm..theres a bit of hope if they were to include him in a major angle of some sort but wwe themselves seems to have completely given up on him. I don't blame them though, personally the guy has hardly been over for me, i was interested during his initial face turn but that faded quickly.

also,...wwe could have revived the character by using del rio and vicky, with hunico and camacho in a cartel stable.
except when wwe, had a chance to pull it off.
they ruined it by having him not align with vicky.
instead of having him diss vicky long term...
it should have been a swerve, where vicky assumed power and then vocally said it was because of del rio's riches, and smarts.
that it was made all possible.
yet, the mcmahons don't want to be vulnerable on screen when it comes to ownership.
when, if they were vulnerable to unlikely characters.
it would make much better television.
especially since, the only way to make wwe a larger boom driven draw.
is to have someone go over the mcmahons for a long justified term, that makes sense and projects quality.
imo, the reason why people could tolerate hogun's return to wwe after tna.
was finally hogun was beaten in an angle of executive capacity by bully ray.
so, when he returned hulk was humanized as a legacy character.
the same humanization needs to take place for the mcmahons, and del rio was at one point and time.
the only person who made sense, to be that guy.
since, it never happened and del rio was humanized by edge, during his destiny angle.
it ruined his perception as a believeable heel, and consistent draw in wwe.
as it stands now,...del rio is just damaged unrepairable goods.

The element of danger is what ADR is missing. Him interrupting and locking that arm bar on and torturing then breaking say Ric Flair's arm or one of the more beloved legends would help. I'd book him like Marlo on the wire, have him have hired goons who do his dirty work and keep folks away from him so he looks like he's a big a chickenshyt but ultimately he's Lethal when pressed and he can get it done if he needs to like Marlo did on the final scene when he chased those young boys off unarmed.

It's crazy to think how easy it is to put creative shyt out there for characters. Yet they pay dudes to write shyt or nothing at all. All these dudes go out here week after week with no storylines or character development and having the same matches. I'm shocked they haven't botched the Shield YET, but believe it they will.
Just the thought of Del Rio with masked henchmen wearing suits has me hyped
They need some new writers to get some new fresh ideas onto tv. You'd think between all the shows and the App they could have everybody developing thier characters.
