With herd immunity, the chances of you catching the stuff they vaccinate for is very low. However, if you want your kids working in a place with high public turnover (say a hospital for instance) i would get them vaccinated because herd immunity will not be as effective when Mr.snuffles comes to you and fukks up your life.

Humans have survived for thousands of years without vaccines. Perhaps those poor African kids are dying from something else?

vaccination is one the greatest inventions of man. It single handedly increased the life span of people. Smallpox alone killed 300 million people in the 1900s. Polio was devastating too. I wish it didnt have Side effects but more research needs to be done, people need to go to school with a passion to figure this shyt out. But for now the benefits outweigh the cons

Let's be fair the medical world knows nothing about autism and how it works. The treatments for it are only mildly effective, nothing curative, and that's because we have no firm foundation of its causes

Be that as it may, what we DO know is that vaccines do NOT cause it. The lone doctor who claimed this already refuted it publicly and lost his medical license as a result. Mofukka said he was lying and idiots still take his word as the truth.

I just take vitamin d and zinc instead and havent been sick in 3 years. The last time I was sick was when I got the flu shot early 2012. Booster shots and shyt whenn you're little though I do agree on, as well as some of the other major vaccines. But if everybody's getting them, which most people do, shouldnt I be safe?

This infection can be prevented. You can sterilize everything and refuse human contact and have air sterilizers running in your house 24/7 and live inside a hazmat suit, but that isn't really fun, is it?
Why not just take a shot and then freely walk the streets?

There is a period in which the pathogens are still alive, which may range from hours to weeks. They might just be chilling on a public surface.. you grab a door handle and boom you're infected. Just because others are inoculated, the disease still exists, and you should do all in your power to prevent it.

Well, some have better immune systems than others. You also need to factor in that a grown man is going to be much more resistant to diseases than a kid.
Plus, the consistency of certain factors (needles, quality of vaccine, potency, virus life cycle, mutations, new strains, etc) all play a part into how effective it is.

It's better to research the vaccines and assess your needs, rather than blindly follow/reject them.

so far they are safe from the side affects of vaccinations and they will suffer none of the long term affects . There are some vaccinations that haven't even tested the long term (20+ years) affects. They also wont suffer the negative affects that are constantly discovered each year. in so many nations the elite of the world are not poisoning their children.

It seems that it's only in the US that you guys have this debate about whether vaccinations are good or not, it's interesting. Maybe a remnant of the Tuskegee experiment. Over here no one thinks twice about getting a shot when needed, the only "debate" is on the flu shot because from what I understand it only diminishes the chances of getting the flu, and anyway it's only people who want it who get it.

Last shot I got was againt yellow fever because basically there are some african countries where it's compulsory to have if you want to enter the country.
