Is there anyone here who doesn't believe in vaccination?

I got vaccinated a long time ago. MMR and the whole nine. Nothing wrong happened to me... or the tens of thousands of other children who were born in my generation and got vaccinated too.
Would it be possible that all these autistic kids got their problems from something other than vaccination shots? Women are pregnant for 9 months and during that time, something could have happened. Like they got sick, took some medication with side effects, drank alcohol or took some illegal drugs but don't want to admit it (you know they are out there).

Nobody knows what causes autism. The brain is a very difficult organ to study

Nobody is SURE what causes it. The predominant theory is genetics, and exposure to toxic materials whether ingested or environmental, is said to contribute towards it. NOT vaccines, in case any idiot is trying to jumpstart that shyt again.
All the answers aren't there yet, but scientists work on it everyday.
You are very correct in that the brain is a very difficult organ to study.

people only believe in vaccinations because the government told them to. Vaccinations are toxic, unnatural and unnecessary.

There is no difference between not knowing and not being sure in science. If a doctor told a mother that he's not sure if mercury poisoning caused her kids autism, it's the same thing as him saying he has no clue. Also the recent papers on autism all are quite pathetic if you ask me. They're typically about what's the most effective treatment like music and social therapy. Nothing giving significant contributions on mechanisms.

As far as we know, there is no cure to it, and everything we know so far has already been covered. There's only so much data people can re-hash. Not knowing and not being sure are quite different.. Not knowing implies zero knowledge. Not being sure means a possible intended result has been achieved, but the experiment has not been repeated enough to give a consistent outcome.

Anyway, the ignorance in this thread is legendarily stupid and I'm abandoning this shyt.

I support vaccination.

I stopped getting the flu shot though...that shyt is useless. Ever since I stopped getting it, I haven't been sick with the flu...before that, I'd still get sick.

I believe in vaccination to a point. A long time ago I was reading some article and it quickly mentioned a "soldier grade vaccine" given to German soldiers and some "president level vaccine" that the USA president once got. I have family in the medical industry and for a long time, I've thought of the "tier system" or "caste system" that exists in medicine. Some of the vaccines, we the common people get, have resulted in severe rashes, long-term head aches and all other sorts of major side effects (in a few cases, it was a reaction as severe as outright death). Yet the medicine on the higher tier or higher caste is probably significantly better than what you and I get. So while I had all the mandatory vaccines, I never ever took flu vaccines or any other voluntary vaccine. I'm a firm believer in living a healthy lifestyle, eating to build the body and not just for taste and using nutrition to blast out sicknesses/colds.

As always, think for yourself and make the best possible decision.
has anybody actually met a person who suffers from vaccine related long term side effects
or are all the stories essentially just "i know a guy who knows a guy had some shyt happen because of a vaccine."
how you gonna pass off this bullshyt as fact when damn near everybody on this message board is fully vaccinated with no problems.
my wife and my daughter are vaccinated and nothing happened.

A girl I used to take Japanese classes with had major rashes all up and down her arms from vaccines. She regularly got the flu vaccines until the reactions got so sever, she had to quit. Like I said in the post earlier, people should think for themselves and make the best decision possible. Lately, this narrative of "it's only random people on forums saying this" seems to be the default talking point. I trust real life, people I know and talk to. Regardless of what decision you make, it is not intellectually honest to stereotype the other side consisting only as anonymous people showing concern. In your case, it worked for your wife and daughter. I know a wife and daughter who it did not work for. Again, it's all about the experiences we get from the decisions we make.
