Light turns green for 42 minutes and they just sit there. Then so happen to run the yellow light and make it past. Leaving u stuck at the next red

Or a dumbass in traffic that's steadily flowing and all of a sudden stops. Douchebag starts daydreaming and when the line starts moving at least 19 cars cut past him in ur lane.
