Is there anything more useless in the combat realm than a black belt in Karate?

Idk man I've seen it be pretty useful. I remember in HS this new kid(he was from jersey I think) was getting bullied pretty bad. Like constantly getting beat up by these preppy ass rich kids that all belonged to the same karate dojo. He was kind of a dikkhead but still. Anyway he learned karate and ended up beating the main bully in a local karate competition. He didn't get fukked with after that. Even got him a little cutie pie off the confidence he got after learning to defend himself.

Any martial art can be useful for self-defense/fighting if trained with practical techniques against resisting opponents (i.e. full-contact sparring or rolling).

Assume all karate/tang soo do/taekwondo is the same, coli street fighter brehs.

Head shot, body shot, hell, even leg kicks or broken arms from trying to block kicks. Take your pick, and whats crazier is, as I just mentioned, those cats can really hurt you even if you block something and they dont land clean, cuz theyve conditioned their bodies to literally demolish others. They will throw strikes with full commitment and zero worries about hurting themselves in the process because theyre built for punishment. Cats on here would fold from the training, let alone a sparring session

Nah that's facts tho if you got heart and you do karate FOR REAL, and you don't factory reset from a glass chin then you could fukk nikkas up... karate is like a bolt action rifle imo, it's technical, old school and it looks funny but fukk around get clapped

Trained fighters are damn near super Saiyans compared to the untrained man.

I sparred my OG and he got me right in the knee cap with a kick...and he is trained enough to prolong the agony...and hit you in places that will do damage but not finish you.

That one round was humbling as fukk

Naw I can't roll with that. My friend from school who was a pro Heavy weight boxer his baby brother does karate. That muthafukka is built like a black ryu and he doesn't lift weight. Its all training and breaking bricks and shyt. I take karate and I'm good at it but that dude is a legit karateka.
