It's mostly Carribeans in Toronto but go to Jane/Finch York area and it's mostly black man/women. The problem is that blacks make up like 8% of Toronto population and they're from all over the world. There's too many "others" and not enough black community because everyone is from somewhere else and has their own inclinations, issues, etc (i.e. East Africans are part of the black population..but..they're East Africans).
