You could make the argument that what other people are eating IS your business because these sick b*stards are causing all your health insurance premiums to skyrocket.

But that would just be arguing for arguments sake.

:hubie:
But that’s never the intent of these threads. It’s always a statement of judgement and what the other person should be. 10/10 the person isn’t even aware of the disdain.

after knowing my niece and nephew idk what eating like a kid is anymore.
my niece eats hella veggies. even snacks on raw cherry tomatoes. give her a cheeseburger or nuggets and she will take two bites and throw the rest away but she will eat a whole bowl of scrambled eggs or green beans.

I eat less and less "junk" food as I get older. I might drink soda 5 times per year. I have fast food maybe once a year...I don't think I've had McDonalds, for example, in 4 or 5 years.

Cook more, and if I do eat out, I try to make sure it's healthier like shawarma/Halal instead of burger and fries/pizza, etc.

I was probably 23 before I new how terrible soda really was for you...a shorty I was dating broke it down and was like all that sugar turns to fat dawg wtf you doing? I used to hoop and drink those 99 cent arnold palmers for hydration :russ: so a lot of it just comes with education. Youngins now are far more educated on these subjects.

Also, I've been on the gym life for 2 straight years so I don't want to waste my workouts by eating/drinking trash.

Exactly what I mean

I know MFS who hate onions and peppers :mindblown:
So for those two things specifically,

I dislike the texture of onions and peppers.

I'll cook with them and chop them up small, or just use my food processor. The taste doesn't bother me.

I could be 70 years old and I'm still downing a bowl of Cap'n Crunch in my wife beater and boxers

......and drinking the sweetened milk from the bowl afterwards :dame:
This being said, I eat healthy af

Over the past decade, green veggies almost daily, processed food consumption is almost non-existent, water all day, baked over fried 90% of the time, and hardly any sweets.

As you get older you become more conscious of your diet/food intake. Everyone is aware, but many choose to ignore it.

-I work for my money so I'm gonna buy & eat whatever the fukk I want. This is just another excuse for people to not mind their own business & try to feel better about themselves.

I was about to say, doesn’t age force you to eat differently
-No, it doesn't. Changing your diet is a decision that can come from many circumstances. Plenty people live to old age eating the same shyt their entire life.
