Doubt this is real however let’s say it is. Only going off what we can see and hear in this video I’d definitely say he’s doing too much. You can fire, dismiss, suspend, send home, etc… however what you won’t do is tell me not to speak at all ever and I’ve been in both positions and higher. Again, just going off what we can see this is one of those times I wish the workers stuck together and all of them walk off and let’s see how they deal with that. I know with this one it’s the Dollar Tree and people will say it won’t take much to get more employees and to train but any financial losses caused can get the companies attention.
