He's right and wrong.

He taught all there little asses a lesson they won't forget. But the problem is not 100% of them needed a lesson.

For instance one of my co-workers fukked up something bad, life or death situation. Whole department got written up, every one that was working that day. I didn't have nothing to do with the shyt, all I did was be at work that day. That shyt wasn't right at all.
