Bun B is a criminal now?

And it's more nuanced than that. Snitching is considered when people know each other or are affiliated through crime. If someone assaults the daughter of a thief, the thief reporting the person who committed the assault isn't snitching. If the thief tells on a rival thief or his own associates then that is snitching.
