You did not see that clear as day crosswalk? The crosswalk was huge, white, and easily seen.

Unless there is a signal, pedestrians always have the right of way. They were in the process of crossing, and had to stop because the car wouldn't yield. Most cops are lighting you up for that.

It being there doesn't mean they have the right of way. There are a ton of stipulations, which is why the video is confusing. All they hesi they was doing probably confused the shyt out of the driver.....

In broad daylight. You can’t easily see that at night or pedestrians.
They should have some type of stop light or flashing yellow light at a minimum. That looks like a 3 lane one way street. And the average speed could be 35 mph. If someone decides to be unpredictable and run across ain’t now way a car can stop in time.

The way I look at it. Even if the pedestrian is wrong, they're right. I was taught not to drive for myself, but everyone else.
You’re just wrong and don’t want to admit it. It is the law! Plain and simple. Look it up. No variables. If people are present, they have the right of way.

I suggest you re-read the laws in your area, because I am pretty sure they are the same there if where you live is in the US or Canada.
