its a vampire that is in a higher tier than regular vampires and they only have the form of women and they are sentient unlike the regular vampires in the series. they have appeared multiple times in the first and second witcher games

Only thing missing in this game is you can't design your own character. You gotta run around as a white haired cac and fukk all the gorgeous women.

So far Dragon Age Inquisition and Bloodborne beats it in that aspect.
