I don't care if Austin really believes his last heel run was a failure that ish was awesome. He was one of (if not the most) successful faces in the history of the business but he was even better as a heel. The way he shifts his ring style alone is just awe inspiring. IMO GOAT heel bar none.

Stone Cold was very over as heel against Rock and Kurt Angle...Jericho and Benoit? Not so much and by Invasion, the fans wanted him on the WWF side but they swerved the fans.

I dunno know about GOAT heel, but I agree with you that his heel run was great....despite what he personally thinks. he's thinking from a monetary aspect when he reflects.

And ur right with the way he chaned his ring style. One only needs to watch his 2001 SummerSlam match vs Angle to see him at his heel best.
