This is bullshyt. Yes there are phonies out there, but you can build an ass over time. If a chick is 105 and unathletic, is it really that crazy that if she gets to 125 in 3 years and hits the gym with a food surplus that her ass will grow?
You can't "build" an ass in the gym. That is the dream a lot of these fitness chicks sell women. You can however shape your ass in the gym.
99% of chicks you see that went from a pancake ass to looking like Buffie, it's likely enhancements and/or photoshop/angles.
My hamstrings lag? Ham curls and a million other workouts will fill them out.
Arms? Chest? Traps? Ffs forearms? Everything can grow and everyone experiences a different rate of growth. Asses can be grown but most people either are too lazy or too ignorant. Its a big ass bundle of muscles back there. 10 chicks can hit glute bridges and squats for a year and experience wildly different results with the same routine and diet.
