As far as physical shape he’s always looked the same.. and he even said he hasn’t even stepped foot in a gym
I assume that if he wasn’t on lean for as long as he was, was in the gym with that diet, and didn’t tat every inch of his body he would look better but he doesn’t look bad imo to be 40+.
