I highly doubt these two have not been caught doing some nutty shyt before this, or have not shown anti-social/psychotic behavior before. Always say it but we need to screen these kids early and repeatedly for mental illness and/or anti-social behavior, can avoid so much bullshyt if they are dealt with before they hurt people.
