I actually agree in my experience.

When it comes to me and my experience with white chicks they have always either been straight up "We can fukk" or if they were in the mood the straight up told you. There was no guessing or trying to make it seem like they weren't being sexual.

Black woman for dame sure aint no more virtuous than any other large ethic group of women here in the states. Just because dude might feel like its easier to deal with white women when it comes to sex doesn't mean black/asian/Latina women are more virtuous.

A woman who is looking for sex and a good time is just that, a woman looking for a good time. Alot of time other races beat themselves up over not coming off a certain way for whatever reason.
