People seem to confuse getting revenge for an prior assault and self defense during the act of an assault as the same thing. Its not. Revenge is against the law.
She left and came back. makes no difference if she came back seconds later or if she came back months later and shot them. its treated the same in court. That was retaliation, not self defense
best case she gets convicted but the judge still elects to give her a lenient punishment regardless, in consideration of the circumstances
