Google ‘sexual harassment jail time’ right now. It doesn’t exist. And there’s possible jail time for jay walking. But there ain’t none for sexual harassment. Bc it’s not a “crime”. It’s a workplace violation.

The first thing that will come up when you Google that is ‘sexual assault penalties and jail time’, basically google’s way of telling you ‘oh nah you using the wrong term champ this what you meant’

The second thing that comes up is:
Consequences of sexual harassment may include referral for training, referral for counseling, written or verbal reprimand, suspension, reassignment, demotion or termination of employment

All of those, obviously, are work terms, bc sexual harassment is—-obviously—-a work term.
