I'll say this. non-AAs definitely have a presence here, but we're still very much dominated by Americans.

And not all non-AAs have the same representtion on this site. For starters, there are far more representation and threads of UK blacks than blacks from any other country of Europe(there are more blacks in France than in England, but yet there's no Black French posters here). There are far more representation of Ethiopian and Nigerian posters and threads on here than any posters from the rest of Africa. And far more representation of Jamaicans, Dominicans, and Trinis than the other Caribbean islands. It's more complicated than that.

And lets get to the music, both the Jamaican music and UK music threads are fairly active on the Lounge section, but African music threads are hardly active and ignored.

Maybe I misread the part about us being white in Black skin. :stopitslime:

There's some irony in thinking that there's only one acceptable way for Black people to present themselves. It's like some of y'all are fighting to be boxed in which goes against the premise of bucking stereotypes :mjlol:
