They make a decent amount but those aren't the most popular casinos in the area. Worse yet they have so little political power it's hard to funnel that money into development that helps them. I know Obama and Bush have been better for them but still, it's tough.

I visited a reservation a few years ago as a health volunteer...shyt was bleek. I've done similar stuff in some bad inner city areas (black and Hispanic areas, plus a white trash spot) but I've never seen anyone look as hopeless as the Native Americans I saw. Many reservations have a lot of people with multiple health issues since clinics and hospitals are far away, and they get sub par care. They're slowly dying out in many areas.

your question isn't entirely relevant with that point. however, whether or not they consider the name a slur will most likely be a factor in the highschool issue.
