Don't you get it. It CANNOT effect you don't care that people see me as black first. If that's the reason you don't like me cool, just know I won't hate you for feeling like that cause you're only human. As long has you don't physically harm me in anyway, then I'm cool with you. We don't have to talk.

I know many young and successful black people, they got the same opportunities as any other race, because they had this attitude. They never let someone racial beliefs effect their personal lives and mind..

Just go do some research on black people who come to USA from other countries.

You will see, they make more money, have more wealth on average, own more businesses, have better academic averages in terms of grades and the percentage of them that have degrees.

Now also do some research on black people who were born in the USA, but have parents from other countries and you will see the same trend.

Black people from other countries don't have the same view as you stated there in your post. They set goals and achieve what they want.

Its not that they're smarter or anything, is just all about the their attitude, strong minds, and the way they carry themselves.

Yes, a lot of people are racist in this country. Just have a strong mind and that won't effect you in anyway, unless someone actually harmed you in a physical manner.

Also being racist, because someone else is being racist (as you guys do on here, for the most part) is a counterproductive in every way and unnecessary.

I know for a fact that I make more than some of my asian, indian and white female counterparts/teammates.
Capability and proven aptitude is the defining criteria in the world of Contracting.
If you have a bad rep in the field or a history of outright failing to deliver...you won't get raises.

Most Black foreigners I have met, have some type of college degree and are making a lot of money in career like engineering and such.

Nothing is holding you back from success. Even you go to an underfunded school, you can still excel get a full scholarship to college and be successful.

Yes there is racism in this country, as a black person I know that. The things a lot of time, the black people I see complaining about not being successful pin on them being black, when that is only a very very small part of the problem. Black foreigners simply don't use the "i'm black" excuse for the most part. They go out and become successful, mostly through excelling in the classroom.

Also in general foreign blacks have MUCH STRONGER family values, hence why more of them are married.

In essence, all I saying the our black culture in America is very toxic, is a large part of what is holding black people here back. A large majority of American born blacks value all the wrong things in life.

I'm black, and have never had a problem finding a job. I got good grades in school, got a scholarship, went to college, and literally landed a great job right out of college. Being black never held me back one bit, right now I am at the same level as my white counterparts from college financially, some of us work together right now and I am at a higher position than them.

You control your destiny, never use your color as an excuse. And never hold hate towards any people of any other color.

EXACTLY. I don't see why we as black american don't realize our culture is TOXIC. Racism is alive for sure, but at this point in time it is our toxic culture, that is holding a large majority of black americans back.

When I was high school, I got made fun only by black people in my classes for making good grades and being respectful to my teachers. Excelling in the classroom was the uncool thing to do. As a black person myself, all I could do was tell them, they should be paying attention and studying because your real life starts after you get out of high school. They didn't listen, and now they call me sellout because I have a good job and make good money, while they are still living at home with their mom complaining like a lot people do on here.
