Time is how you perceive it. That's why sometimes it seems to go fast or slow. At different time you perceive it differently...gravity also affects time and the earth is constantly undergoing gravitational shifts...so depending on your location, earth's location, sun moon etc your perception may vary

Mind time and clock time are two totally different things. They flow at varying rates.

Beyond the age of 20 and continuing into old age, dopamine levels drop making time appear to run faster.

Time definitely seems to go by faster as we age. 2004 felt like 3 years, but it feels like 2016 was just last year.
