I wish he would do something other than the flabby pimp gimmick at this point of his career. He's made some excellent introspective, social commentary tracks yet he just doesn't seem to want to muster them anymore :mjcry:

I used to be a huge stan of his and actually got a bunch of old school videos of his linked on my sig.

He could spit some og game without it being preachy. Nobody wants to hear his old ass rapping about pimping strippers anymore, especially after he was on VH1's Couple's Therapy :russ:

I actually saw him perform at a small spot in Hunter's Point when this album dropped and he was with these same girls that were on the Married to the Game album cover:whew:

Messy Marv was there too on crutches because he had just gotten released from the hospital for jumping out a fourth story window :russ:

idk how relevant he still is, but he was still relevant like 10 years ago.

i'd like to hear another argument that tells me he aint.

tupac been relevant for 30 years and hasn't dropped new music in 20, idk if that really counts though.

This is gonna sound wild but I don't think pac is as relevant today as we all think. He's a cultural icon and will always be well known and respected but I think his musica relevancy, especially amongst younger groups, has been dying out.

He may has transcended it all into just being an overall icon, but I honestly think big has more musical relevancy than Pac outside of a few hardcore young fanatics like Kendrick and shyt.

His relevancy right now is more about what he stood for, his character, acts and death rather than his music outside of a few songs. Whereas a whole lot of people can quote you some biggie shyt off top, ape his flow, bring up his style of dress in rhymes, etc.

I may be off but it's just something I've been noticing more and more.
