Kobe @ 34 is better than T Mac ever was.

I consider having durability encoded in your DNA a talent.

T mac was a great athlete/volume scorer.

His game didn't have the technical and fundamental genius of player like Kobe and MJ.

Skill wise(technical, strategic parts of the game that players have to spend hours in the gym to master.Footwork....angles...balance..painstakingly mastering that fade away until you don't even have to see the basket to get it off because it becomes nothing but a muscle memory)

CRAFTINESS....Intelligence...Killer instinct.

I've only seen Kobe and MJ master all those elements at once.

The ability to absorb and retain those skills are considered "talent" to me.

so no, Tracy is not the most talented player ever.

Maybe "on the surface/sportscenter/marketing wise"....but those with a keen basketball eye can really look into the soul of a player and tell which skills are forged by fire.I consider that type of discipline a "talent"

Tmac had a streaky ass jumper. Leborn honestly has a more consistent jumper now.

You ppl are sstupid. TMac one of the ebst talents to come into the NBA. HE jsut didnt have passion, motor, heart, teammate(whatever you want to call it) to be one of the great winners on the league
.

If Darryl Morey was his gm in stead of Carroll Dawson, things wouldve ben different.

Have you seen LeBron James play?

LeBron don't got T-Mac's ability to score from the mid-range and 3. T-Mac was basically a combo of Kobe and Durant in that regard. He could pull up from 30 and drain 3s on nikkas while also being able to kill them in the mid-range. Plus he had Vince Carter athleticism once he decided to drive and finish in the lane.

LeBron is only stronger and slightly faster. T-Mac had more length and quickness.

Dude was spectacular to watch man... He'd get in one of those scoring zones then he could also pick you apart with passing. I feel like if he had went to another squad instead of Orlando, and didn't have health issues in Houston, folks would know what he was capable of.

Talent-natural ability or qualities.
Talent-person who possesses unusual innate ability in some feild or ability.

A lot of dikkriding going on in the begining of this thread. :snoop:

Tmac is a great NBA talent. You don't call a veteran player using tricks to get by talented:stopitslime:

Vince was just as talented if not more so than T-Mac, so i cant say this. Vince could take and hit shots in his prime from impossible angles that ive only seen one other person even attempt and thats Kobe. But i dont know if i would say either of them are the most talented ever.
