It doesn't negate it at all. For all 5 championships Magic had Kareem, who's considered to be a consensus top 3 player all time.

Steph has 1 less chip and only had KD a far less greater player than Kareem for 2.

Magic still has curry in the individual accolades/accomplishments. Magic been retired 30+ years still top 10 in assists curry not even top 25

And magic was the lakers best player during showtime not old ass Kareem. He was the engine which is why they got swept when he was injured in the finals then went back to the finals after Kareem retired

You just a warriors homer

They play nothing alike, Steph is more of a face while Hali plays a heel, and they're not the only 2 Christians in the league.
Dumb thread.

Underdog point guard come up story. Vocal Christian. Light skin. Suburban. Well spoken “safe” likeable role model type image. He Checks many boxes

No im not saying Tyrese will become the greatest shooter ever or that they have similar games

I’m saying maybe He fits that ROLE once curry is retired in a few years

And does a NBA CHAMPIONSHIP solidify him as that future figure?

Cause it definitely aint TRAE YOUNG :hubie:

Tyrese got a little Reggie Miller in him with the shyt talking which fits considering they both play(ed) for Indiana. Steph is somewhat humble for the most part minus the night night ish.
Steph gotta be the least humble player in the league lol, he just plays the media game well and is clearly an introverted/quiet type of guy. Breh routinely shoots 3s and turns his back before the shot nears the rim, points at random people all game long, etc. He’s just small and light skinned and yall like him, humble he is not.

And for what it’s worth, he has no reason to be humble.

No... he didnt even win the game, it was Naismith.

BUT... Halliburton is better for the NBA product than SGA is.
