Hali with another DOUBLE DOUBLE? :whoo:

I thought he had a quiet night :wow:

Breh is so comfortable and low key within the offense yet effective when and where you need him most:manny:

not really a bucket in the traditional sense

but he is making the pass first point guard look like it's viable

he leads by getting out the way & you really can't tell who will be the top scorer playing against the pacers

Thats the main thing i appreciate about Hali....

He's showing an NBA team can still be successful with a "pass first" PG.....

Haliburton is a light skin Chauncey Billups :heh:
This is actually exactly who he is. Chauncey had a higher defensive engine, Hali a higher offensive ceiling, but neither were ass on either side of the ball. This is exactly who he is...

And his team this year is the offensive version of Chauncey's Pistons---->who were also a team that Carlisle built. And like Chauncey's Pistons, may be getting ready to pull off a historic upset...

Huge rep to you! He plays offense like Chauncey did, just with a higher ceiling as a scorer (and of course pace in today's NBA is faster)...

Don't really see a Chauncey comparison. Chauncey was a half court bully who loved to abuse smallish PGs in the post. Hali loves high tempo and attacking scrambling defenses.
Nash and Nash's Suns are probably a better comp but I think Chauncey's offensive orchestration, how he could play off ball (everybody from Rip to Tayshaun could initiate offense for them) and his penchant for being clutch are where the Chauncey comps have credence...
