only during freshman or sophomore years, cuz they were weeded out by then. I mean, there were niccas chillin, skippin class but I was more at a commuter university....not as dorm-heavy as the big "state" schools.

It is about half and half in my class. There are two black girls and one black boy who sit at the front and pay attention (one of those black girls being pretty much a straight A student). The exchange students are also black (one jamaican, one from Benin) and they're also pretty studious.

Then there are other four black girls who are always skipping class and when they come don't pay attention to anything. But that is probably because three of them are probably more concerned with their looks and catching a man and the fourth just likes partying and drinking.

And I don't think my English is that good. I think because it's an internet forum, it's pretty casual and most people here don't bother with grammar or punctuation. I just happen to have an ingrained habit of writing like this in whatever language, always minding the grammar and stuff.

So if we were to have the people in this forum right as correctly as they can, I don't think my English would stand out that much from among them.
