A lot of people always say pasta is the worst thing to have when working out unless your an elite athlete or some shyt, but I just tried this whole wheat pasta and it didn't seem to bad
macros:
1g fat
44g carbs
6g fiber=38g net carbs
7g protein
whats you guys take on this?

when i found out i had this issue about 7 years ago i started trying different kinds of pasta from Whole Foods. took me awhile to find the ones that perform and taste the most like traditonal pasta but now i only eat Brown Rice pasta ...Quinoa pasta and sometimes Corn pasta: my fave brands are De Boles, Heartland and Lundeberg (for rice) and Ancient Harvest (quinoa).
