He shouldn't be. Tactics are one thing but Scott doesn't have the physical prowess to deal with wolverine. To be honest he shouldn't be able to take a punch from Logan with those t-800 arms he has

I thought taskmaster only duplicated moves not powers. Even if he could duplicate Danny’s moves I doubt he could use his chi to the ability of Danny. I know he copied daredevil and Spider-Man’s moves be he doesn’t have their physical strength spider-mans at least to directly copy their feats. I honestly didn’t know gamora had it like that.
