I feel like it sounds good on paper but in reality you’ll turn into a fat hermit crab. Maybe if you’re married it’s ok but that can still affect the marriage negatively by being home all day. If you’re single you won’t get no hoes because you’re at home all day you’ll rarely go out of ever.

When covid first hit and we had to wfh, I ate Hella wo realizing it

Until I was job hunting and the suit didn't fit as right

since then tho ive back to pre pandemic lifestyle and diet

Yes. I go in the office one day a week and my job does not monitor us. As long as you’re available to answer emails, the work gets done, no one cares

I work out more for sure. In the office took away my focus plus I couldn't do push-ups and situps during teams meetings off camera.

If you're young and need to find your woman and have fun then no.

If you're , married and just sick of dealing with people, then yes.
