Is Xbox 360 A Top 5 Console Of All Time?

I mean 360 help foster the greatest titles to this date to the console market. Call of Duty, Mass Effect, Gears to name a few. Online Xbox360 even though OG had online, was the mecca of online gaming. I don't think we will ever get to that point again as an industry.

I would say top 7-8 in terms of it's software

BUT

It was the best of the XBox systems and a lot of the tech that the system had was impressive and arguably ahead of it's time.

I’d probably also say a lot of us loved the first half of the 360 generation but prob don’t really acknowledge the last 3 or so. It’s one of the rare consoles that got worse as it went along

To me it is. The PS3 and 360 were really ahead of its time. I bought a used PS3 back in 2023 and I was still shocked at how modern some of its features are for a 20 year old console. I couldn’t imagine how mind blowing it was to play these consoles on launch back in 05/06.
