Thug was a Wayne clone in an era where a Wayne clone was needed.
We got the Carter VI and it was trash, and we should have known it was going to be once Thugger caught that case.

The “haters” came rushing in here to tell the truth. Just like Lil Baby, he should’ve never been hyped up and placed on a level he shouldn’t have been in the first place.

Nah he made way better music than Baby and way more influential as an artist
They weren’t outside for this :blessed: since this board is nothing but flabby backpackers who wine about any artist that isn't from the 90s.

RIP Quan, I was looking forward to a reunion since I think they would’ve squashed whatever tension after he got out. SMH.

Responsible for one of the worst eras in rap.

Besides that ok lifestyle track: the catalog, the negative impact on the culture and how low the bar was set.. overall; 1/5 mics

Can’t wait for this trend of mediocre rappers who thrive off of white suburban kid hype to be over.
The lifestyle track is mid compared to the rest of his catalog so I know you're trolling

Every Thug track since his introduction, I waited to his talent to exceed his flow, and it never happened.

Gunna consistently washing him on the same songs diminished his aura more than anything else. Gunna had a better pitch, rhyme scheme and more lyrically diverse, which exposed Thug tremendously

So I just got done watching the video and partially agree. The culture does shift every decade and thug didn't. The same fans that embraced the ignorance at age 23 prolly won't accept it the same at age 33, we grow older and mature. And that Kid Cudi example dude used was spot on, outside of the ignorant hood nikkas most agreed that tweet of Thug calling Cudi a rat was foolish and pointless. nikka 33 and was facing life in prison, but it seems he came out of jail that same ignorant 20 year old.

Plus the music isn't that good
