Feel like he drops this summer. Doechii album in spring.
Should have dropped last year, or the year before. The way they let their entire roster age out of relevance is wild. I get that Zay was never as big as I wish he was but he was def in the mix amongst many up and comers. Drugs certainly derailed plans but even without that shyt does anyone believe he'd be on a normal schedule of dropping albums every couple years? I don't. These guys keep getting stuck while the industry makes massive changes. Then they catch up years later and look stupid (see: Crash Talk, Ab on streams).

If you are not Drake, Cole, or Kendrick you cannot afford to take a 4+ year break between albums. These dudes aged out of fukking festival relevance man. What festivals are truly popping in this environment now? Used to be a great way for rap artists to get paid and get exposure. Now a lot of them don't give a shyt about rap besides the biggest of big names.

Still scratching my head at the decision to make the most catchable song with SZA buried at the end of the album and not pushed for a single.
