You're mentioning like one playoff run and you're arguing that the Bucks series was Iverson willing his team to win?

He averaged 30 PPG on the low 30% shooting. Mutumbo was the best player for the 76ers during the Bucks series.
Yes, one playoff run that Isaiah has never had.

You don't see the point here? :dwillhuh:

AI was the only one to average over 20 points that series(35) the second best scorer was mutumbo. Everybody else averaged 0.9-8.0 points A.I dropped almost 50 in the finals in the 76ers. Y'all nikkas gotta stop acting like 76ers teams was actually a good team in 2001. Almost NOONE believed the 76ers would win one

The sixers still lost in 5

Nobody thought that the pistons would win a game in 2004 so that means Bill ups is a basketball God?

And a lot of thing played a factor in that one win

- Dikembe Mutombo had 13/17/5 in that game. He averaged 17/12/2 in that fukking series which is pretty awesome considering he is some old washed up Center going against the best player in the NBA and kobe had an off game. Kobe stated in an interview that erick snow is the hardest player to score on.

How old is nikkas? A.I took the 76ers to the finals and handed a Prime Shaq and Prime Kobe their only loss in the post season. IT would be lucky to get out of the second round, much less beat lebron in the ecf MUCH LESS win one game against the Warriors. FOH

Are you implying that the 76ers had to play a team anywhere near as good as the Cavs to get the Finals in 2001?

:usure:A prime lakers would of beaten those Warriors, and this is coming from a warriors fan.

The point was, you're bringing up how Isaiah would be lucky to get past the Cavs to even make the Finals, while propping up A.I. bringing the Sixers to the Finals when they had to play no team in the same stratosphere as Cleveland.

That's bool and all but AI AVERAGED 45. You'd be a fool to think he wasn't the primary offense for those 76ers and he was the MVP of that season.

They maybe true, but they took a game from a prime and presviously undefeated lakers in the post season, though. Those lakers would of swept the cavs, let's be real here. Isaiah with or without an all star is not doing what's AI did as the primary focus of an offensive, and now role players matter but when it's comes to those prime lakers, ironically kobes contributions is downplayed cause he played with Shaq. Yea ok

Who said Iverson didn't have amazing games?

But how about that whole series? Iverson had games here he went 5-26 (L) 10-32 (W), 5-27 (W).

And those games were decided by a couple of points so Mutumbo's defense and rebounding was the game changer in those games. You put any great scoring guard in that position and let him shoot as much as Iverson did and I bet they'd go 5-26.

shyt, I bet IT wishes he could go 5-27 and win a playoff game :scust:

King Mutumbo outchea anchoring that top flight Philly defense, averaging the most rebounds, and maximizing possessions. Dropped 21 in that one point victory in game 5.

I bet IT wishes he had a DPOTY and 6MOTY on his squad

Hurts to just look at those numbers.

I'm just glad San Antonio don't gotta deal with Boston anymore. He would have torched us and would have kept having Kawhi switched off him for Pau Gasol or some shyt :picard:

Please say no body is saying IT is better than AI....I haven't read the thread, but I'm used to kids getting overzealous with their proclamations...
