I don’t think gen z looks at anybody as a “leader” seems to me like they mostly just do what they feel without putting too much thought into the future. There’s also not a lot of them that even look at themselves as leaders hence the dumb things they do on social media. If they thought about how it could affect their future most wouldn’t do dumb shyt for the world to see.
