Damn, I wasn't gonna click this thread because I only vaguely remember the name and I'm just tired of people dying lately.

I met dude in a restaurant 4 years ago in Atlanta sitting at the bar, coincidentally when he was filming Atlanta. One of the better characters on the Wire who didn't become a caricature despite having a catchphrase. Cool, friendly, social guy.
