Admittedly Jihadism is a small leap from Saudi Wahhabism but let's not act like they're actively promoting Jihad. They might have done so in the past but I think they realised how quickly things can spiral out of their control.

Saudis fund these overseas madrassas because it indoctrinates people with their version of Islam which, conveniently, they can steer.

But they do so with US backing. Can you say the US promotes Jihad?.


There is a reason why the Syrian opposition were only armed with AKs. Uncle Sam said nothing heavy needs to be distributed precisely because of the fear of groups like ISIS turning their sights elsewhere.

Saudis aint taking part in no Jihad activities unless America is cool with it.

French leader calls Assad a 'jihadist ally'

French President Francois Hollande has warned the West against working with Syria's president in the fight against the Islamic State (IS) group, saying Bashar al-Assad was a principal ally of the fighters who have taken over large areas of Syria and Iraq.

In a speech on Thursday, Hollande rejected any co-operation with Assad, saying the situation in Syria required a "military and humanitarian" response.

"Assad cannot be a partner in the fight against terrorism, he is the de facto ally of jihadists," he said.

It was working too. If you go to most ISIS related videos on youtube you'll get pro-Assad comments...as the lesser of two evils...as the protector of minority rights :skip:

Hollande won't be called out on his comments to back that up with facts cause in reality....Assad is fighting the Frankenstein monster the West created.
