It isn't though. :what:

This is perhaps the main reason why indigenous Pashtuns still follow Pashtunwali, which is a basic common law of the land or "code of life".

"Although it pre-dates Islam the two have become inseparable for many Pashtuns, even though in practice Pashtunwali codes often contradict the Qur’an. Such is the case with the Pashtun practice of dividing inheritances equally among sons, even though the Qur’an clearly states that women are to receive an equal share."

They don't even claim to follow Islam in that regard.

Good bye Coli(2014-2020)
how are the muslim countries doing nowadays?

Depends on what country you're talking about. Even though Saudi Arabia is culturally backwards, its doing well economically. Also the UAE specifically Dubai is pretty stable and not as culturally backwards as SA. Heck Dubai has been voted #1 place for womens rights in the Middle East. Again depends on which Muslim country.

Same thing can be said for African countries.

i mean every country has wealthy elite, americas obviously one of the worst offenders. but a "royal' family in 2014 is truly barbaric. word to the UK too :mjpls:. the implication of royalty stems from religion and other bronze age ideals

but at least that family doesnt tell women they cant drive cars :heh:

This cac acting like I'm a conspiracy theorist for thinking that CNN beats the war drums :mjlol:

Okay man I'm sorry for hitting you with that brand new theory that I just made up, that the mainstream media beats the war drums. Yellow cake and aluminum tubes are not relevant to wars in iraq in the last 10 years. My fault man, I can't even see the connection now between CNN broadcasting lies in 2003 about Iraq. IN 2014, I'm supposed to trust them, lest I be anti-establishment and rigid.

Someone come get your boy :mjlol:
Why are you getting so agitated? All i am doing is pointing out how your one size fits all commentary doesn't apply here. They took the damn story down. What is the point of rambling on about how untrustworthy the media is when they got it right in this situation?

:patrice:A bunch of you are robots. Basically, your posts are predetermined given any story. Just as bad as people taking Fox news as gospel.

He answered your questions perfectly.:what:
Im trying to figure out why, if CNN is beating the war drums and pushing the Pentagon's agenda recklessly, they would have the journalistic integrity to take the story down. All I got was, kudos to them, I agree that IS is bad but they're still liars. If they're in the business of putting out stories that are bullshyt, then this specific situation doesn't fit with the pattern and I want to know why.

Some kind of a press release by ISIS... Third party confirmation... Hell anything to corroborate this. I googled and found nothing. This is supposedly an official edict. Just like the Yazidi on the mountain, I need receipts. They said there were 40 k people on the mountain, yet they haven't produced a photo. Damn right I'm skeptical given the track record in Iraq.
i agree

there are strict muslims in the middle east, who want a strictly islamic way of life? :ohhh:
