It's certainly possible we did. Aside from that it's not like they're all one clean entity. Lot of the guys fighting with them are Chechens. Those guys are well-trained and experienced.

Thing is if a large organized force like ISIS went up against ill-experienced, disorganized fighters with conflicting allegiances it's not hard to see why they're gonna take over the whole fukking country.

Muslims circle the Kaaba at the centre of Islam’s most sacred mosque, Al-Masjid al-Haram, in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
ISIS Islamists promised to work destroy the Kaaba after its conquest of Saudi Arabia.
APA reported, via Free Republic:
Representatives of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) stated that they will ruin the Kaaba after capturing Saudi Arabia.
APA reports quoting Turkish media that ISIS wants to take control of Arar city of Saudi Arabia and start operations here.
ISIS member Abu Turab Al Mugaddasi said that they would destroy the Kaaba in Mecca: “If Allah wills, we will kill those who worship stones in Mecca and destroy the Kaaba. People go to Mecca to touch the stones, not for Allah.”
The ISIS terrorist group has a reputation for destroying ancient artifacts and religious monuments.

somebody need to make a comprehensive record of all the stuff destroyed by radical islamist idiots from the time they started conquering these places. The shyt would make you vomit like the dude from crank yankers. 800 + years ago a dude in egypt tried to destroy the pyramids and other things. Even going as far is to damage one of the pyramids before realizing the shyt was impossible and giving up, can you begin to imagine for a second the priceless historical artifacts that were destroyed since then? If big ideas like that were going on 800 years ago, there is absolutely no telling how much priceless history these people have recklessly destroyed over the past millennium, and for no reason.

1) You must think history started 100 years ago. Terror groups and fanatical religious groups have existed for quite some time.
2) The occupiers, as you described, of their people have mainly left. The only "occupiers" in their mind now are Iranian-backed Shiite in Iraq, the same people they are fighting now.
3) If you read my post, you would see I took issue with the poster saying Mossad was responsible for the actions of these people. That's totally different than me saying they aren't funded by external causes. It's very clear they are.
I have no interest in defending Netenyahu or Israel in this matter. I don't see how it's relevant to the thread.
