And earlier in the thread, everyone talking about his demeanor in the video, an maybe it was addressed, but it's very common for victims of filmed beheadings or torture to be drugged with phenobarbitual, lithium, shyt like in those areas, to keep them calm and trance like, it's not a very effective video if the dude is acting crazy and struggling and straining, I have never seen any squirm in the videos i've watched, theres a reason.

Yeah. I know South American cartels have previously drugged their captors to make them less angry during their captivity.

Additionally I have seen many of these videos where the captor is handcuffed or restrained in other ways so they can't fight.

One really sad one was the Japanese guy who got killed and man that was fukked up. He was trying to fight and just screamed out loud in the end.
